Preparing for Your First Appointment
We’ll email you digital paperwork to fill out before coming in. You don’t need to worry about anything else in advance, as we keep our onboarding process easy.
Your First Appointment
When you first walk in, our front desk staff will greet you by name and check you in. Dr. Jerod will then sit down with you for a comprehensive consultation.
We’ll do a complete physical examination using the INSiGHT™ subluxation station, a three-part neurological evaluation. For most patients, we’ll also do X-rays. This appointment generally takes about one hour.
Your Second Appointment
After Dr. Jerod has carefully reviewed your X-rays and results, we’ll have you come back in for a second appointment to go over the findings. Dr. Jerod will carefully talk you through every detail of your results to help you understand your health.
We’ll then show you our recommended plan of care and find the course of care that meets your health goals. Dr. Jerod will perform your your first adjustment at the end of this visit. The second visit usually lasts 30 minutes.
Flexible Payment Plans
We’ll review finances with you either over the phone or at your first visit. We’re a cash-based office with reasonable rates. To keep finances easy, we offer customized payment plans that fit your needs, including visit packages, discount packages, and family plans. We also accept HSAs and FSAs.
